DEI in Action
I Am Advocates
Our "I Am Advocates" enrich the lives of Spotlighters with unique perspectives on the employee experience. They serve members of communities that are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, parents, young professionals, and remote employees.
Inclusive Leadership Training
Our managers all spend time receiving training on inclusive leadership to ensure team members from all backgrounds feel safe offering their opinions and perspectives.
Community Enrichment
Spotlight is proud to support local nonprofits through a combination of donations and volunteer hours. We regularly host learning sessions to learn, share, and take action on key community needs.
How We Support
Spotlight actively support Girls on the Run KC, a nonprofit organization that provides fun, evidence-based programs that inspire young women to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others.
